Each box is packed with themed craft projects, all the materials you need (like paints, markers, paper, glue and embellishments), easy-to-follow instructions, and sometimes a surprise bonus item for extra fun! 

2. What age group is the craft box suitable for?

Our boxes are designed for children aged 4 and above, with adult supervision recommended for younger crafters. 

3. Do I need any extra supplies?

Nope! Everything you need is included in the box. Occasionally, you might need basic items like scissors or a cup of water for painting—but we’ll always let you know in advance if scissors are included.

4. How often are new boxes released?

We release new themed boxes throughout the year, with seasonal specials and limited-edition holiday kits. Subscribe to our mailing list and get the inside scoop on exciting new product launches, exclusive offers, and crafty surprises—delivered straight to your inbox!

5. Can I subscribe to receive a monthly box?

We don’t offer a monthly subscription just yet—but exciting things are on the horizon. Stay tuned!

6. Is it safe for kids?

Absolutely. All materials are child-safe and non-toxic. We carefully select supplies that are fun, safe and age-appropriate. We only use acrylic paints which dry much faster than oil paints, making them ideal for layering and quick projects. Most dry within 10–20 minutes. Our paints are water based and easy to clean so no need for harsh solvents—just soap and water will do. That makes them beginner-friendly and safer to use indoors.

7. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across South Africa! Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to get your box to you within 3–5 business days.

8. Can I gift a craft box?

Of course! Our boxes make fantastic gifts. You can include a personalised message and even schedule delivery for a special occasion. Feel free to add a personalised message at checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s included with your order.

9. What if something is missing or damaged?
